Apple Watch Series 5 VS Sani-Cloth

Would an apple watch stand up to regular sanitizing with Sani-Cloth?

Active ingredients in Sani-Cloth:

• 0.25% n-Alkyl Dimethyl Ethylbenzyl Ammonium Chlorides
• 0.25% n-Alkyl Dimethyl Benzyl Ammonium Chlorides
• 55% Isopropyl Alcohol

Alternatively, would a 91% isopropyl Alcohol be gentler? I work as a caregiver and want to wear my watch to work. No I cannot just wear gloves. Gloves will not stay over the watch for more than a few seconds. I don't have the time to do some fancy thing with a glove to make it stay. I just want to sanitize it.
