My FaceTime email address is greyed out and don’t know why.
My FaceTime email address is greyed out, I can not make or receive FaceTime calls. I do not have any restrictions on the device either. Can anyone help?

At this point, we want to recommend that you try turning FaceTime off and back on again to see if that may resolve the issue and get things working again. You can find the steps for that process here: If you can’t turn on or sign in to iMessage or FaceTime - Apple Support.

- "Go to Settings > Messages and turn off iMessage.
- Go to Settings > FaceTime and turn off FaceTime.
- Restart your device:
4. Turn iMessage and FaceTime back on."
