Download the Application Etrecheck from the Developer. This is a Diagnostic Tool that makes no changes to the computer. It creates a detailed report of both the Hardware and Software used on the computer. The application is free but also has a paid version that has added features.

problem solved. real culprit is pcloud..
Could you please describe how you solved it? I'm using pCloud and have the exclamation marks as well...
