First, iTunes has been a dead product for many years. It was replaced by the Music app and the TV app which you can get when you upgrade Mac OS.

1. Have you attempted to upgrade from 10.13.6 to Catalina 10.13.3? If you have and you are having problems upgrading to Catalina, please write a detailed description of the steps you are taking to upgrade and what problem(s) you are experiencing.
