Hi. My stepson has managed to spend £382 on Roblox. He was using my PayPal account but signed into his father’s iTunes account. His father can’t remember his iTunes details so I can’t request a refund and Roblox don’t want to know. Can anyone help please?

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately due to past circumstances we don’t really speak to his father and he’s not making any attempt to recover his password. It looks like we’ll have to swallow it 😢
