I cannot get my left AirPod to connect to any of my devices.

I have charged, reset and restarted my AirPods, MacBook, iPad and iPhone. I cannot get my left AirPod to connect to any of my devices. I cannot "see" it when checking the charge - Case shows 100%, Right Pod shows 100%, Left Pod does not even show. Not in charging, not in FindMy, not anywhere.

Any thoughts? Or am I SOL and need to purchase a new set?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Meghan

Thanks for reaching out soxfan2433,

It sounds like your left AirPod is not charging, and is not visible to its charging case, or to your other devices. We can help.

A good first step would be to rule out any debris - such as dirt or lint - from interfering with the connection between the AirPod and the charging case. You can check out these steps to see How to clean your AirPods, AirPods Pro, AirPods Max, and EarPods.

If you're still unable to charge your AirPod in the case, it could mean there is a hardware issue. Apple can replace individual AirPods if needed, and you can connect with Apple directly using either Apple Support or if you're in a region without direct support options, you can also Contact Apple for support and service.

Hope that helps.

Take care.
