I uninstalled Microsoft Teams and even removed all the files and caches related to it. I also tried the fix of going to Preferences - Security & Privacy - to try to see if I could de-select Microsoft Teams having access to my microphone, but it is not available, probably because I deleted it. And yet Garageband keeps switching over to Microsoft Teams. A number of people reported this problem, but I don't see a fix yet.
