Why will my Wells Fargo card not add to my Iwallet

I Wells, Fargo Bank debit card will not successfully add my I-wallet. I tried from was in my Wells Fargo app. Failed. I tried from using my camera via opening the wallet app. manually, and with the camera reader.. This was not a problem with my iPhone 11 that I just upgraded from last week. I never had any issues adding, any of my cards especially my bank cards what is the problem? out of any and every problem I could possibly have setting up this new phone I would have thought that it would be something more intricate as opposed to one of the easiest, most user-friendly process a.k.a. adding payment/credit and debit cards to my virtual wallet. This is not my first time, by any means loading cards in various different ways those with in the *** and from my browser anything other accounts
