Where to find Privacy & Security System Settings for rebuilding system extensions

I'm running Ventura (13.3) on an M1 Macbook Air. When I reboot I get a System Extension Error which says there was an error with my system extensions during startup and that they need to be rebuilt. It says "Go to Privacy & Security System Settings to re-enable them."

I go to Privacy & Security settings as requested but don't see any entries under Security referring to System Extensions or how to enable them. Can somebody tell me more explicitly where to look?

TIA

Thanks Randall,

The answer was a bit different, but you got me partway there. In the Security section, there was a temporary entry above the Extensions list you were pointing to above that read "New system extensions require a restart before they can be used". I hit the "Restart" button following that text, the machine restarted, and everything was fine.
