Recovery key

Hi iam forget password for another apple id not this when make reset password be request recovery key and i forget recovery key what i do ?

If you forgot/lost your recovery key and do not have another trusted device logged into your account, it’s unlikely you will regain access. If you have another device logged into your account you can generate a new recovery key.
