Uploaded video shows in Home Movies folder in AppleTV-but not when viewing on an ipad pro

I imported to my iphone a video from my PC. It worked great, I found it under the Home Videos folder in the AppleTV app. I can view it just great from my iphone, but I would like to view it from my 2020 ipad pro to really see it big and appreciate the details. However, I am not seeing a folder in AppleTV on my ipad that says Home Videos, and I am not finding it anywhere else. Can you help please?
