Hi, my iPhone 13 Pro Max will not connect to my new AZDOME dash cam. I just get error message saying “reconnect to recorder WiFi “

any help would be great

I can't connect my iPhone to my dash cam Since changing from an android to Apple I have had a problem with my Nextbase 522gw wi fi not pairing to my 14pro. The Bluetooth, and satellite all connect apart from the wi fi. Have emailed Nextbase who make the camera via email who were quiet helpful giving me detailed information and making sure the phone and dashcams software were all updated and said the phone is the problem. Since April when I bought the phone i cannot pair the phones wi fi, to allow me to download film footage to my phone. My wife has a i phone 12 and an i pad, both connect with no problems. A way of getting around this was to buy a lightening card reader but on reading the reviews this also has stopped connecting with the newer phones, is it because Apple has changed the software that they also use for the dash camera? Has the programme been changed that is on older phones? IF anybody has this problem on the I phone 14 series could you please let me know it would be gratefully appreciated. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Continuity Camera Not Staying Connected I've been using the continuity cam feature for months. My iPhone 14 pro max connected to my mac mini, stayed connected, and worked very well. After receiving the new iPhone 15 pro max, the issues began. The phone disconnects so much from the mac mini, sometimes even in the middle of a stream, I will freeze completely, with the devices only being about 4 ft from each other. i have to keep trying to reconnect it over and over for it to reconnect, only to continue to disconnect after some time. Sometimes, it disconnects, then reconnects randomly as well. Both devices are on the same iCloud account, with bluetooth on, everything checks out with being updated and all. Is this an iPhone 15 pro max isolated issue? Chat support was no help as they just kept talking about microphones and had no idea what continuity cam was.

Probably you are using third-party apps and a third-party device.
