Shared Reminder Notifications

I have a iPad and iPhone i use on a daily basis, they both have iCloud (same account, i sync everything between them). The issue in the Reminders App. I can’t get the reminders notifications on my iPad but i can on my iPhone. The thing is i need it cause my iPhone is not always in reach. I have checked, the reminders ARE SYNCED to my iPad i can still find them in my reminders app.
