Magic Mouse

The mouse was not working so I googled how to fix the mouse. It said to disconnect the blue tooth for the mouse. Now with the mouse disconnected from blue tooth, how do I connect it again? Thank you

iMac 27″, macOS 10.15

What exactly did you do to "disconnect the bluetooth for the mouse"?

If you turned off the Bluetooth option on your Mac entirely, then you will need a wired mouse, to enable Bluetooth on your Mac again and pair the Magic Mouse to it.

If you don't have a wired mouse, but your keyboard is wired and working, you can try to use it to re-enable the Bluetooth option.

Press the command + space bar keys to bring up Spotlight, then type in Bluetooth File Exchange, this should bring up the Bluetooth File Exchange.app as an option and offers to turn on Bluetooth if it's off. Hit enter to turn iron and open the app. Hit enter in the Finder Window, and a list of Bluetooth devices should appear. Use the arrow keys to select your mouse to pair it again. It should pair, and let you use it again to navigate.

If you did something else, please explain what you did.
