telegram downloding

in my mac mini m2 - telegram wolud not download any movie to the drive. i can only watch online in the app itself.

+ it shows that the flie is downloding but there is no file in the folder.

Mac mini, macOS 13.3

Safari not completing downloads Hi, I've just updated my macOS to Sequoia version 15.0.1 and have a problem regarding safari - the problem is that most of the times when I download the file from web ( wetransfer, gmail, stock and etc.. does not matter ) the file itself adds a word "download" in the end, which I can't rename. For example - I've downloaded an .mp4 file and the word "download" is added in the end by itself. The file is useless. If I try to search the file from downloads arrow, as soon as I click the file it says: "Safari can't show the file ___ in the finder because the file has moved since you downloaded it" - But I have not moved anything. Safari unable to ask me where to download files safari app not asking me where I would like to download files when "ask for each download" is checked in settings. When I have that item checked off it continues to automatically download files directly to my "Downloads" folder. This is happening on my Mac Studio, and Mac mini m1

Safari does not download files to external hard disks or NAS Since the update to Sequoia 15.0, Safari on my M2 8GB MacMini can no longer save files to the NAS or external hard disks. The files are automatically saved as a "filename.fileextension.download" file. And the file in the safari downloads tab mentions "cannot move file" underneath it. Other browsers do not have this problem.
