What is this error all about?

The error code is a File Not Found error. Ventura has had some trouble with a File Not Found error after renaming a parent folder it is found in, but the error dialog in that case specifically says File Not Found and is different from the one you are receiving. Is the error happening on an external HD?
Also, make sure to do a Safe Boot and confirm the problem is repeatable.
