Photos not showing photos system library

photo system library not showing in photos app? but shows shared albums? Have run Photos repair and have reinstalled MacOS (Monterey 12.6.5)

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 12.6

Shared photos will only show on shared libraries within Family Sharing, and the same Apple ID.

Thanks for your response. My problem is not with Shared Albums. It is that I can not access the Photos System Library.

Photos opens the last used library when you launch it. Try double-clicking on the System Library to launch that one.
