Can't add money to SmarTrip card

I've tried the steps described in this article, but it says there should be a "Service Mode" setting under Card Details — I don't see that anywhere. Is it supposed to be there? (I'm on iOS 16.4.1.)

I can see the daily cash balance but there used to be the option to apply it to the card balance. I do not have, nor want, to use Apple Cash in any form. Ideas?

Stuck with Apple Card in the iPhone wallet. Cannot add or remove it because service is not available. I'm trying to add or remove Apple Card from iPhone wallet. When I'm trying to add it, the app shows message: Account Service Unavailable. When I'm trying to delete this "Previous Card" from the app. It shows message: Cannot Delete Card. The card might have a balance or the issuer is offline. Please help to solve this problem.

Debit card pops up when tapping on bus For some reason when I try to TAP on the bus my Apple wallet keeps opening to my debit card and I have to manually select my TAP card and double click the last click button. It’s really frustrating and annoying. just for clarification I have express transit turned on for my TAP card and turned off for my debit card. I never used to have this problem. I use to just tap and go. It’s only recently that this is happening. I have iPhone 14 Pro running the latest iOS
