I can't reset my Apple Watch.

I have an Apple Watch Series 5 and I cannot for the life of me remember the passcode. I though I could just reset it easy with the instructions on the website but those haven't been working for me either. It says that it cannot connect to the Apple Watch and to check if it's on airplane mode, is on, etc.

I also cannot get off the passcode screen either. When it opens, it's stuck on that screen. I can't move to the screen with the time and battery. I've been lost for so long, what can I do?
