2017 MacBook Pro Display Shows Double Image

My 2017 MacBook Pro display shows double images and weird lines appear on screen while streaming videos or conference calls (esp. MS Teams). Safe Mode didn't fix it. I am assuming it's the graphic card since it works perfectly fine otherwise and the issue arises only when heavy display is required. Any recommendations?

Hey JuggySagar,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. The information below may help.

If you're streaming in full screen and subtitles are enabled, you may see flickering however disabling subtitles may resolve the issue.

If that doesn't help, test the Mac in a different user account. This will help determine if the issue is related to that one user account or if its system-wide.

If you do not have another user account to test, you can create a temporary one by following the steps here: Add a user or group on Mac.

If the issue happens in a different user account, we suggest connecting Apple Support here: Get Support They will be able to further assist you with figuring out what's causing the issue.

Take care.
