active armor iTunes

I've had the Active Armor subscription for a couple weeks now and I just found out today that it has been blocking at least 10 numbers that are saved in my contacts.  I've been paying $3.99 per month and I no longer want it. I've missed many important calls because of this and I'm fed up.  I tried to cancel the Advanced subscription but it says its expired, yet it still says Advanced in the app. It also says I will be subscribed until may 20th. It would be very helpful is someone could help me force stop the subscription now I don’t care about getting my money back I just want to be able to accept all calls and not miss any important ones

If an app has a subscription associated with it, see -> Delete apps on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch -> Delete apps on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

  • If you delete an app, it doesn’t cancel in-app subscriptions that you might have. While deleting an app, you might see a Cancel Subscriptions option. Learn how to cancel your subscriptions.

If you don't want to continue a subscription you need always to cancel that subscription in time, see the following Apple articles:

If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple

If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support

If the subscription that you want to cancel is not listed

If the subscription that you want to cancel is not listed – Apple Support (UK)

See also -> If you are talking about this app, see info from AT&T ActiveArmor Advanced Mobile Security:

  • Subscribers pay $3.99/mo. Auto-billed every month through your iTunes account unless canceled. Subscription automatically renews and your account will be charged $3.99 unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. To manage your AT&T Active Armor Mobile Security (“Active”) subscription, go to iTunes. Once your Advanced subscription is canceled, you will be downgraded to the basic, free version of the app. To remove the service entirely, you must cancel within the app or via myAT&T, after your iTunes subscription period ends. Payments are nonrefundable (subj. to applicable law).
