Active Apple sale subscription for additional MB Internet

Hello! I need your help.

I have an active subscription to Apple sale for additional MB internet, which after changing my mobile device I cannot stop. In the settings in the "Subscriptions" section it says that I have no active subscriptions, and when I try to remove my phone number as a payment method, it says that I have a subscription.
