Having issues with web content filters after iOS update 16.4.1. Many websites that have been added as allowed bookmarks are not behaving correctly. If at all, there is a redirection to another web link by an allowed bookmark, it is showing as restricted website. This was not occurring for me for the earlier versions of iOS/iPad OS.

If you haven't already, try turning Screen Time off in Settings, restarting your iPhone, then enabling Screen Time again: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

I lost the Search and History option on my Calendar. In wanting to search for an appointment, past and future, that i know was entered in my calendar I get a screen the says “No Results” check spelling. Etc. I called Apple and they had not seen reports on this issue which is not encouraging
I am also having this issue. We are using a MDM to restrict access, but all the allowed URLs do not work once updated to 16.4 and up, including 16.5.
Have there been any solutions to this? The Screen Time suggestion did not work for us.
