Why i was not refunded. I accidentally purchased a subscription on apple and immediately unsubscribed it after realizing the subscription went through. this was the 2nd time i asked for a refund and got declined because they’re saying im not eligible.

Refunds aren’t guaranteed? Obviously..But if the app offers a free trial, and people forget to cancel, then are charged, and then not refunded, I don’t care how you word it, it’s bad business practice. It’s not like I’m using the app if I'm refunded, and if I'm not refunded I’m probably still not using the app because I didn’t like it, which is why I requested the refund. Which to me, is they’re ripping ppl off because I’m sure Apple is making money off of vendors using the App Store to sell their apps but Apple is in charge of who gets the refunds, so I’m sure apple doesn’t make money if there is a refund issued.

It is actually pretty simple. When you signed up for the free trial, you agreed to be charged for the subscription when the trial period end. It is not Apple's fault that you did not live up to your end of the agreement. I would recommend setting a Reminder if you use a Free Trial so you do not forget or not use any Free Trials altogether.

Nobody is ripping you off. Everything was done exactly the way it was laid out to you when you accepted the agreement.
