Refund request declined:

Why i was not refunded. I accidentally purchased a subscription on apple and immediately unsubscribed it after realizing the subscription went through. this was the 2nd time i asked for a refund and got declined because they’re saying im not eligible.

Apple is not looking out for the customers.

Apparently having an entire

list of “not eligible” requests isn’t enough to get a permanent credit. The FTC Is requested at this point to try and figure out

why I cannot get a refund for this 2nd subscription that they think I subscribed to three

days after my bank got my refund approved. This isn’t normal practice for a business. Wish me luck!! To get credited is such a chore and Apple won’t budge!
