Define “locked”?


It sounds like you purchased a stolen machine and the retailer has now vanished…

If you didn’t go through a service that provides some kind of buyer protection, file a claim with the issuer of the credit card you used for the purchase. If you didn’t use a credit card, or something like PayPal which offers at least some fraud protection, you may be out of luck.


Contact the police.
