Refund not received
Hi,
recently I made an wrong purchase from App Store, I asked for refund and Apple iTunes mail back saying request refund is refunded but still it’s not credit in my account..

No, it said "Allow up to 48 hours to receive an update. " That doesn't mean your refund comes in 48 hours, it means they will get back to you with the status of your refund within 48 hours.
It can take up to 30 days for a refund to go through.

Okey. If this is the case then fine. Let’s see what happen after 30 days… waiting one month for refund is too long…!! Sometimes it’s really frustrating to wait for this long. Any way thanks a lot for your good information.
Would highly appreciated if Apple team can shorten the period of refund procedures for those personal account, as a personal it’s not appropriate to listed with large companies. Any way thank you for your kind information. God bless you!
I had purchases made on my Apple ID that do not reflect on my billing list - a phone support consultant advised me to report this to my bank as fraud and cancel the card which I did. A refund was supposed to have been made from Apple within 30 days but no refund has been made. How do I solve this issue?
You're welcome. Yeah I agree a month is kind of long to wait but this is standard for most large companies.

I’ve already check the status of a refund and it’s mention they approved and refunded but its almost week not yet credit the refund.
