Getting restitution for F1 TV App subscription
Ok, tried to watch F1 training today. F1 TV app tells me that i havent got an active subscription.
In March, i bought a subscription which i paid through PayPal with my Apple ID. Its paid for and active according to my iTunes subscriptions list (in dutch: Abonnementen). Something goes wrong between Apple and F1 TV. I also tried to restore purchases, no luck. Contacted F1 TV but they can't help.
According to Apple, i have to go to reportaproblem.apple.com. Select restitution and app. Sadly the F1 TV app isn't shown in this list. So i can't ask for a restitution there...
I tried looking for a email address, phone number but -again- no luck! To get it working i bought another subscription on the F1 TV website. But i still want my €64,99 back....
Anyone, ideas?
