Reading analytics data is a whole lot like like looking through ever-increasing numbers of haystacks for needles, without knowing what the needles even look like, or if there are even any needles available to find.

Analytics will always be writing data, and more than a little of it is cryptic, ominous, scary, and utterly benign.

The chatter shown is communications-related activity. And no, Apple doesn’t document analytics.

As it was mentioned elsewhere here, if you are a potential target for Pegasus or other similar exploit tooling—senior member of a government or large private organization, someone with access to sensitive or classified or financial information, an investigative journalist, political dissident, exceedingly rich, etc—then you will want to acquire better and more tailored guidance than can be received here.
