Has my iPhone 13 somehow been jailbroken?

I have spent months working with "apple support" calls team as I have been unable to understand how to manage the things I have seen in my analytics data reports, I have seen all types of things that have scared me into using my device. Even after I follow apples instructions to stop sharing with inbuilt features and password changes I have some uneasy feeling that maybe my device has somehow been jailbroken or am I being tunnel networked and attacked repeatedly?

No. None of what you describe is happening. Unless you have allowed someone physical access to the device for more than 30 minutes, your device cannot be jailbroken. There is no way to jailbreak devices remotely.

The report you post only shows that the Facebook app crashed at some point. That is all.

If you don't understand the analytics reports, there is no reason to believe whatever you see is nefarious or proof of jailbreaking or other hack.

I would strongly suggest you stop looking at analytics. Unless you are an Apple engineer and understand them fully, they are meaningless to most people even Apple support reps. They won't know what they mean any more tan you do and in most cases they are just normal events in the OS and nothing, absolutely nothing to do with jailbreaking or hacking.

What iOS version are you using?

What iPhone do you have?

Are you using two-factor authentication?

Do you sync your iPhone with a computer?

The message "Unable to gather Sharing information" is the most common complaint when running Security Check. You will get that message if you have removed Find My, Home, Calendar, Photos, Health, or the Notes app. You will want to redownload those apps in order for Safety Check to be able to review those. You also want to make sure you are using two-factor authentication and the latest iOS version.

You can manually review the same information:

Having an app icon with the grid symbol is the default icon used if syncing was interrupted or you ran out of storage space on the device. Sometimes a Force Restart will correct it. Doing a Force Restart usually takes a couple of attempts to get the speed and sequence of the key presses correct and the last step of holding the side button could take up to 20 seconds before the Apple Logo appears. While holding the side button, ignore anything else that appears on the screen unless it is the Apple Logo. Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

Charging problems and battery draining depends on the Battery Health. Go to Settings > Battery > Battery Health & Charging > Maximum Capacity, and post the percentage you have there.

Analytics data is useless in determining if your device is compromised or sharing information. The only use for it is to send to Apple Engineers when they request it while they are diagnosing a specific issue on your device. Looking in there yourself to try and determine what is going on will not be of any use.

thanks bob I take your word there is nothing weird for me to think has happened to my iPhone and yes unfortunately I have been through a lot and the horrible truth is I have reasons to feel my iPhone is not safe I have been a victim of data breach with my telco and my ex partner.

The 2 most important things you can do is change your Apple ID password to protect your account and run Safety Check to make sure you are not sharing your location or data that you are unaware of.

You may also want to change your email password if you think he had access to your email account. That would need to be done with your email provider.

that's what I see on one report clearly showing a bug type 226 ?

Bug Types are common on everyone's analytics data as well as the phrase "roots_installed". What you are seeing means nothing to you and does not mean your device is jailbroken or hacked. You will not be able to determine any problems with your device using the analytics data. The only purpose for them is to send to Apple Engineers after starting a support request on a problem with your device. They use Log Analyzers to recreate the problem you are experiencing to be able to provide a solution for you.
