Spent a few hours trying to contact them and was put on hold by so many different people and was mysteriously hung up on four times. All of them said they would connect me with a specialist and then the specialist said they’d connect me with another specialist and so on and so forth until I got hung up on. Wouldn’t recommend customer support to my worst enemy.
I agree with you the system they us it’s total trash and they know it and they don’t even have agent that speak Spanish for customers that speak English we have to tell them we only offer English and that’s not right
