ACDsee version 9 for Mac will not open Canon Craw files
The Canon R6 II is not yet listed in Apple's camera raw support for Monterey or Ventura. However, I just downloaded a RAW image from this camera and it shows a Ventura 13.3.1 (a) Finder preview, opens in Quick Look, and Preview. You didn't mention which operating system you are using, and Apple does not make new camera RAW support retroactive to prior macOS releases.
The R6 II is supported in Adobe's camera raw and Digital Negative Converter 15.3, as I just converted the RAW .cr3 image to a .dng image with it.
Agree with a brody to contact the software vendor and determine if they use Apple's camera RAW data, or their own.
FWIW, the R6 Mark II is listed in System Information RAW Support in my copy of Ventura. It's not in Monterey.

Not everyone has it. I recommend going to the source to find out why.
I had never developed a habit of checking System Information Camera RAW first instead of the online camera RAW listing, and that has now changed.
