Maybe, but probably. Please add your account with debit card to Apple Wallet, then add funds from you account to Apple Cash and pay your Apple Card statement with Apple Cash.
I know, sounds complicated but actually very easy to setup and use. I’ve been paying my Apple Card statement every month for the last 2+ years.
