Can I pay my balance using another debit card?

No. You can only make payments from your Bank Account or the Apple Cash card. You could load money on your Apple Cash card from your Debit card and then make the payment.

It does have to be a US debit card in your wallet to add money to the Apple Cash card. To get the Debit card in the wallet, the bank issuer may ask for additional information. They may require something other than the passport.
