Where are the guidelines for the titanium card foreign transaction fees?

Apple Card Mastercard does not impose any foreign transaction fees. However, the credit card processor may impose/add fees. Mastercard and Goldman Sachs can’t adjust/waive those fees.
In the last 3+ years of using my Apple Card overseas I’ve only had these fees imposed one time. It’s not common, but could happen.
