That depends on what the particular QR code is for, and where it is loaded. QRs can be used for many things. If it is a QR code for an eSIM, contact the carrier. If an image of a QR, it should scan in Photos app. If a Wi-Fi QR code, Apple doesn’t provide a way to export that, but you can use AirDrop to share Wi-Fi credentials.
