iTunes search API not working

Hello. When I try to open https://itunes.apple.com/search?term=artist+album&media=music&entity=album&attribute=albumTerm&country=US, I get an endless connection. I live in Russia, if this is related to the problem. Everything works via VPN. Can you please help me?
