My MagSafe is not working properly, one side of the light is glowing and the other side of it is not glowing. But if connect any side of the MagSafe the MacBook is getting charged.
It would appear it is simply one of the cord’s LEDs are not working (burned out so to speak) but not affecting the macs ability to charge. You can either leave it as is or replace the cord. If your mac is still under warranty the cord will be as well.

All accessories are subject to the same limited warranty as the Mac. It's at least one year pretty much anywhere that Apple provides service.

I will make an effort to obtain a Cord replacement. Since my Mac was just purchased, it hasn't even been three months.
