Focus turns on automatically when Screen Recording

From iOS 16 I noticed when I start a Screen Recording, it automatically turns on Do Not Disturb. I really like that feature but yesterday it didn’t seem to work anymore. How can I enable it? I managed to recover a screen recording of it happening below (ignore my apps🤣)

Do not disturb / focus turns on by itself I don't know how to reproduce it, but do not disturb / focus turns on by itself. I am 100% sure I did not switch it on by accident myself, in fact I had removed the do not disturb button from the control panel on my Iphone just be sure. I looked down at my phone at like 2 in the afternoon and saw it was on do not disturb. I have no idea how and I missed several texts / calls because of this. I believe it was somehow in sleeping focus mode but I don't know how, that should turn off by itself by 9am.

Remove focus on iPad? Get rid of focus!!!????? ( my ipad and iphone are in a perpetual do not disturb loop and i am extremely disturbed. No on off button? If i go one more day in do not disturb mode i will cease being the loyal mac-ette I’ve been since 1984) [Edited by Moderator]

Apparently it only does that for the first screen recording of a day.

They need to fix this. It’s incredibly annoying because you can’t stop the recording with the focus status in the way.
