Contacts. And software updates
My contacts disappeared from my phone. Also, I am not able to update the software that is previously done.

This first link shows the steps to try for issues updating your iPhone: If your iPhone or iPad won't update Please keep in mind that the steps include trying to update using a computer. Making sure you're up to date is also one of the first things to rule out for the issue with missing contacts.
Once you make sure your iPhone is up to date, we'd like to learn more about what's happening regarding your missing contacts:
- Are all contacts missing, and do you currently have iCloud Contacts enabled under Settings > Your Name > iCloud > Apps Using iCloud > Contacts?
- Which accounts show the 'Contacts' option enabled under Settings > Contacts > Accounts?
- When did you notice your contacts went missing?
