How to remove devices from Health App

In the Health App, under my profile, Devices, I have 5 devices listed: 2 for my Apple Watch (same watch), 2 from my old iPhone XR which I no longer have, and my current iPhone 14.

How do I remove the duplicate Apple Watch?

How do I remove the old iPhone XRs?

When I click on the device and scroll to the bottom my only option is " Delete All Data from "iPhone XR". It does not have an option to remove the device.

Thanks,

Denise

Hello DL_SF,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Sounds like you wish to remove certain devices that are linked to the Health app. If so, we'd like to share some information with you. On your iPhone, if you navigate to Settings > Health, under Data you will see Data Access & Devices. This is the same list you see in your Health app. There isn't a built-in option that allows you to remove your devices. You can only select "Delete All Data from [device]". Which will remove data that was synced to your Heath app using that specific device.

We also recommend that you review Apple's Unsolicited Idea Submission Policy. Specifically, the section under "Product Feedback". That way you can leave Apple feedback on things they change or improve. Legal - Unsolicited Idea Submission Policy - Apple
