Weather app has no notifications available in Ventura

New computer. Upgraded to 13.3.1

I launch Weather. I go to Weather >> Settings. et a box saying Notifications are off. Go to System stetting.

Weather is not listed under notifications. No results appear when I type Weather in the settings search bar.

On my iPhone Weather shows Fahrenheit, on the Mac it shows Centigrade

What gives?

Weather app with customizable temperature notifications? I live in an area where the temperature occasionally gets close to freezing, and so I have been using Dark Sky to send me an alert if the projected overnight low is in the mid 30s or below so that I can cover sensitive plants. Apple is dropping support for Dark Sky starting in January. Does anyone know of an iOS weather app that will allow me to set up notifications like this? I know that the Weather app will let me turn on notifications for "Severe" weather, but I don't know whether this qualifies. Thanks!

Why is Weather App (iPhone/iPad) not reporting current Weather channel data? Our phones, iPads, and watches are always reported wildly inaccurate temperatures and forecasts. The data displayed does not match that on the Weather Channel site, even though Apple states that as the source of the weather data. For example, today, it never got above zero anywhere in my zip code, much less location. All Apple weather apps reported temperatures in the teens, +17 most of the day, which is totally bogus. The forecast is also ridiculously wrong. If it were one device, I would imagine I need a restart or something. But we have 6 different devices, all reporting totally wrong weather data. Anyone know what's up with this? ----------- PS. All devices running most current OS releases - IOS, iPadOS, WatchOS. All have been restarted. This is an Apple server / platform issue, not a device issue.

Quit Weather and relaunched from the applications folder and suddenly notifications are there. Go figure
