Settings\cellular data,\uninstalled apps:
I simply don’t want them there. I know how to delete apps, but there’s still a record of them, which is not a problem and I know it doesn’t take a memory I just want my phone cleared out. Apple seems to not be able to provide a way to do this. As with many other things. Any suggestions or solutions are most welcome thank you.

Yes, this is not a problem as you state.
I just want my phone cleared out.

If the app is truly deleted the only place you should see it is in the App Store in the list of purchased or downloaded apps. If you see a “deleted” app on your phone you haven’t deleted it, you have only removed them from the Home screen.
