I erased a MacBook Pro 2018 using recovery now when I’m trying to install Os via internet 🛜 High Sierra not connecting to Apple Servers I keep getting error, I created a bootable USB disk with Monterey but Startup Security utility USB access is disabled, if you notice no drive is shown, I erased the drive, did first aid drive is said to be healthy, how can I work around security utility ???

You have to disable the T2's security.
Startup Security Utility is a theft deterrent. You DON'T "work around it".
If you cannot re-install using Recovery, you will need help from your Apple-Authorized Service Provider.
I know what the Startup security utility is, I need solutions a workaround not basic knowledge.

You haven't mentioned about your MacBook Pro except 2018 model. We need to know it's an early or late 2018 model, it's a 13inch or 15inch, internal drive is HDD or SSD, capacity, etc, etc.
MacBook Pro 2018 13” Touch Bar… not sure if it’s the early model or late but I’m thinking it as the T2 chip
