Apple TV App Arrangement

Hello, I just recently cleaned up most of my apps into folders expect for the apps that I want to be able to press directly into because I use them multiple times a day. (I just don’t want to have to click into a folder and then click into the app.) Of course, I have these apps as my top 3 rows in the order in which I’ve always kept them. However, now every time I turn on my Apple TV all of my folders are appearing on the top two rows which is bothersome for how much organization I put into this machine. How can I keep my folders at the bottom, or where I leave them, on my Home Screen. My Apple TV is up to date & it’s May 2023.
