I need help I requested a refund for PhotoGridphoto app free trial

The photogrid app told me I could use the 3 day free trial or whateva to renew it I thought they had played me anyways this is not what I wanted to do or go for I didn’t want to pay for nothing!! I ended up summiting a refund with Apple I believe and it said it was so called refunded I guess back to me but the problem is I haven’t yet still seen any of my money refunded back to my card or to me in general I need help
