couple days ago my child installed a video lap app. I didn’t receive any warnings about ending a free period so I didn’t even notice I have this app on my phone with expensive subscription.
I noticed it only when i
receive a message from my credit card and was very surprised.
i asked about refund, but Apple declined me in this.
can you help me? I don’t need this app and it’s very expensive purchase for my family😭

Apple considers all sales from the App Store to be final. Refunds are given on an exception basis. There's nothing anyone here in this user-to-user forum can do about this.
Things to know:
There is no warning that the trial period will expire. When I sign up for things with a trial period, I put a calendar event for two days before. I understand that wasn't really an option in this case.
If your going to let a child have unsupervised access to your iPhone (something I don't recommend at all), you should set your phone to require a passcode to make purchases:
