We see you found the article Use Do Not Disturb with Focus on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support which outlines the Do Not Disturb basics. So what happens when you try to turn off Do Not Disturb? Is it greyed out or is there an error? Let us know some more about what goes on and we'll help out however we can.
