It’s a scam. Close the page without touching it, because touching it will notify the criminal who posted it that you saw it.

Thank you. I was concerned because a message like this one popped up in my old iPhone, and when I transferred the data from that iPhone to my new one the same pop up showed up when I opened a website.
Is this pop up a scam?
