it is saying my account is locked

my app store is saying my account is locked and to contact this website

If it says it is locked or disabled for security reasons, reset your password. See instructions in If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support


If your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes, it isn’t something that you can fix yourself or that this website can help with. You will need to contact Apple Support.
