I'm trying to add my new Apple Card to apple wallet on my iPhone (14 Pro Max), but I get an error message with the title "Apple Card Unavailable" and description "Apple Pay services are currently unavailable. Please try again later." I have tried several times today already, from morning to evening, with no success. However, this morning I was able to add the Apple Card to my iPad with no issues?

Is you iPhone updated to latest iOS, 16.4.1 or higher?
Update iOS on iPhone - Apple Support
Once updated please do a forced restart.
Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
If you card is still not installing, please logout of your Apple ID, restart your iPhone and then log back into your Apple ID.

Thank you! I went through all the steps you suggested and was finally able to add the card after logging out, force restarting, and logging back in again.
You can try and follow the steps in Jeff Donald's answer, above. They worked for me.
